About Ceri Anstee

I was 20 years old and in my second year of a BSc Business Management and Marketing degree at Cardiff University when I decided I wanted to be a freelance copywriter. Without a second thought, I set myself up as a sole trader and within a matter of days I had secured my first client, Lister Shearing Equipment.

The next year, in 2008, I graduated with a first class honours and established The Creative Booth. Two years later, with a host of high-profile clients to my name, I was thrilled to be named Young Welsh Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2010 Women Who Mean Business Awards.

Over the past seven years I have written copy for every purpose and across a broad spectrum of markets. The large majority of my clients are long-term and I am fortunate to enjoy a fantastic relationship with them, where I’m seen as an extension to their own marketing teams.

Most importantly however, for old and new clients alike I bring a sound understanding of both marketing and copywriting. Combining this with a good dose of basic principles like honesty, reliability and flexibility creates the perfect recipe for a great freelance copywriting service.
